This is the second unit we've installed in our house, in adjacent rooms. (The first is in a kitchen, this one in a family room). It's easy to assemble. High-quality, good-looking blades. Wish it came in a larger size, but with five blades vs four blades for some larger units, it seems to do about as good of a job. Recommended.
