Not the rotary switch in the picture! This item is a push button, 2 speed, whole house fan control switch. Very easy to install and works quite well. I uploaded a picture so you can see what you will actually get. I think it looks better and is easier to use than the rotary switch it replaced.

I order my switch from ACE Direct. What was advertised on ACE's website was a rotary switch. What was delivered was the rocker switch shown. Two days after receipt of the switch, ACE's website no longer lists the switch. Go figure
Several websites list the P/N for the rotary switch as 58030 while the rocker switch is 58041. The rocker switch that was delivered was labeled as 58030. The Air Vent P/N for the rocker switch is 18752. Certainteed P/N 5268966 appears to be a rotary switch, which is what ACE listed on their website and my ticket.
Bottom line be careful what you want when you place your order
As far as the switch, I'm quite happy with the rocker switch even though it is not what I ordered and seems to function fine.
