The Casablanca C31U97Z Holliston 60-Inch Ceiling Fan combines classic style with ultimate performance and convenience. The next-generation XLP Plus motor, accented with a custom-designed canopy and halo uplight, is controlled via radio frequency with Casablanca’s new Inteli-Touch wall control. The C31U97Z can be used to complement an entry or a great room as the focal point with the classy alluring antique pewter finish and the coordinating dark walnut blades, or it can be used in a family room or large bedroom for added air movement and sophisticated style. The Holliston has a 60-Inch blade span, a 15 degree blade pitch and a six-speed XLP Plus motor which uses only 115-Watt of electricity on high speed. The C31U97Z pushes 6494 cubic-Feet per minute and 56 cubic-Feet per minute per-Watt. This item is sold one per package and comes complete with five coordinating blades, one 3.5-Inch downrod, six 7-watt C7 base incandescent bulbs for the uplight, and an Inteli-Touch Wall Control for ease of operation. The fan is light kit compatible which can be purchased separately. In any installation, the tips of the blades must be at least 18-Inches from the wall in order to provide sufficient clearance and, for safety reasons, the fan blades must be a minimum of 7-Feet above the floor.
