I had order this in Jan beging and I still have not gotten the fan said it would be here by the Jan 21 2010 and I have not gotten anything from them I had to call fedex to find out were it was to find out they never shipped it to me at all then when contacted them they told there were having problems and to wait longer I explained to them I could not wait rebuilding after house fire and needed by the date they had told me the 21st and I was not only upset with that but they never sent me a email to tell me what was going on with it I had to find out I had since given them another written email and wanted them to cancel my order and refund my money per them not keeping there end up with the date that had told me and still have not herd a word from them Do not buy from them worst ever purchase from amazon makes you think twice about who you are buying from Lisa Miller
