Get rid of your old boring fan chains and replace them with something people will enjoy looking at! The mermaids don't even have wonky faces up close when you get them. That was something I was afraid of.. you know those freaky eyes that look odd directions because the painter, or machine just didnt care? I ordered 6 of these.. and they are all fantastic.
My advice though is to pull the chain, not the mermaid. This will preserve your mermaid, and also make sure she stays on the chain : She is nice to look at, but I think we are supposed to use the chain and not the actual mermaid. Anytime my boyfriend forgot and pulled on her, she would come unclasped from the ballchain on occasion, and thats ok cause she clips right back on :)
