Craftmade Fans LK16CFL 2-Light Antler Glass Bowl Light Kit

I was disappointed with this antler glass bowl light as the antlers I received did not look like the realistic-looking antlers in the product photo (false advertising). The antlers were green instead of white and had flat bases rather than the nodule-laden bases that are typical of realistic antlers. I knew the antlers would be made of resin, but I expected better. Last, but not least, this antler light was purchased in early December as a Christmas gift to my son. He didn't like the look, so I tried contacting Craftmade to return the product for a refund. They were unavailable during the post Christmas holiday and didn't return my phone call. I finally got in touch with someone in January and was told that they had a 21-day return policy and would not accept the return! Most companies allow 30 days and would be accepting of Christmas gift returns. I definitely will not be purchasing items from this firm again!
