It's white. It's 12 inches. It's designed for Hunter fans. If you've got a Hunter fan and need a 12 inch white downrod, this is the product for you. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: By William V Justice (OXFORD, MS, US) - See all my reviews This review is from: Hunter 26042 18-Inch Downrod for Fans, New Bronze (Tools & Home Improvement) When this item was opened to be installed with the 52" Hunter Original we ordered, the installer informed me that it could not be used since it was not threaded on both ends. This item is threaded only on one end with the other end having some sort of mounting hole. Perhaps it can be used on other styles of Hunter fans but not on the one we purchased. A quick trip to a local building supply outlet solved the problem with the purchase of the correct downrod which was threaded on each end.
Amazon has very kindly and quickly offered a refund and I cannot say enough good things about how this was handled. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Hunter 26019 12-Inch Downrod, Brushed Nickel (Tools & Home Improvement) Bought this extension for the 52" Infiniti LED Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan. The color was an exact match to the brushed nickel fan. The only complaint I would have is that the picture shows threads on both sides of the rod. The one I received from Amazon (Amazon was my seller, not a third party) only had threads on the one end. Which was OK for my case since the rod out of the Infiniti box had threads on only one side, so its the exact rod I needed. I would give it 5 stars if the picture wasn't misleading, or if it was explained in the description that only one end was threaded. |
