This fan is very well made. Every screw and connector has a sound-dampening piece. The fan runs silently and has high quality mountings. It is Energy Star compliant, so the blades are well tuned and the motor uses less power. It has a nice, modern appearance to it. And it's completely balanced from the factory.

Highly recommended. Worth the extra money.

Fan is powerful enough for my 20 by 20 room. Pleasantly quieter than my previous 10 year old fan. No wobbling. Nice, sleek appearance.
