There were two packages of screws, spacers and bolts missing out of this Hunter Fan packaging. These items are critical to being able to put the thing together and mount it to the ceiling. Fortunately I was able to report the missing items to Hunter and they sent replacements. However, I had started the process before discovering the missing pieces which was a real pain.

Bought the refurbished unit and saved $50+ off retail. Unit came and was installed. It's absolutely perfect and looks like it was never out of the box before we opened it. No squeeks, no wobbling, no noise - perfect!
Pushes air around a 17' x 17' room with no problems. The Harvest Wheat is more of a dark antique rustic white, not an antique type of brass.
Be careful of the pulls. If you ever had to join two of the metal bead types of chains together, usually there is a metal piece where you slip in one of the metal balls on one side and a metal ball on the other to make it one longer piece. These are plastic.

Though published as 'refurbished', it looked completely new. The electrician installing it said the motor was brand new. Looks great! Works great! Very quiet. Love it!
