The only reason it didn't get the fifth star, it's because of its inferior oscilating feature, with only 35degree sweep, it moves air in very small part of the room and if there is another person elswhere in the room, well, he/she is out of luck.
But since I use it in my pipe smoking room, I am usually alone anyway... so I love it.(and I use both of them at the same time).

I purchased the 2 Tower Fans 2510 plus 4006. I received 1 Tower Fan 2510 plus 4006. My understanding of this product's advertisement is that there are 2 separate Towers containing one or more fans plus the 4006. It is possible to conclude that the advertisement means that there is One Tower containing 2 fans plus 4006. The photo advertisement suggests this. I contacted [...] and they wrote,
"We sincerely apologize that the item you received was not complete. We have confirmed that this item should have been for two fans and not one.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the missing pieces for this item separately."
This response does not solve the problem of how many Towers were supposed to ship. [...] also agreed to send an RMA or to make a monetary adjustment. I decided that there solution was fair.
