There is not a big choice of fans in the small 30-inch size. I was looking for something more modern with stainless steel so I was glad to find this one. It was easy to install and it looks very good in my kitchen. I first was not sure about the 3 lights but it works well, they are bright and adjustable.
The only negative is that they get VERY hot very quickly, so if you want to adjust them after you turn the lights on - you burn your hand. You can feel the heat coming from them even standing under the fan.
Overall, I am happy with it, it is solid, good quality and the price was right.

Easy to assemble. Installed this in a bedroom and use it every night. After a few months, pulling the chain to get the lowest speed on the fan stopped working so have to use the medium or high speed. Other than that this small fan cools as well as any larger fan I have in other rooms.

I purchased this fan with the remote kit and it works amazing. This little fan kicks out some major air, is perfectly balanced, and looks modern and amazing. The adjustable lighting serves its purpose well by allowing various lighting arrangements. The remote allows dimmer capabilities and speed adjustments. Quiet operation, seamless transition from speed to speed, and fairly easy to install. I recommend installing fan first then remote, with its installation in mind keep wires in accessible area.
