The Minka-Aire Fan F577-BNW is a Concept I Wet Ceiling Fan with the WC212 - Three Fan Speeds, Forward / Reverse & Light Dimmer Wall Mount Control in the Brushed Nickel Wet motor finish. As the name implies, the Concept ceiling fan is a taste of things to come. Simple in style yet ingenious by design, the Concept requires 75% less time and labor to assemble than conventional ceiling fans and is now UL approved for wet locations. This Ceiling Fan is from the Concept WET Collection and is UL Wet rated. The Concept I Wet Includes 3.5" & 6" (3/4" Interior Diameter) Pole.

Great fan to circulate the Air for an average size room. The light on it is pretty strong as well, as long as you have another set of Lamps in the room to light up the corners. Great Fan, blows air fine, and absolutely zero noise.

This is an easy plus.
Easy installation with all the hardware you need to to the job.
It make absolutely no sound.
It has a sleek, appealing look and is easy to clean.
Even on slow this fan puts out a lot of air due to the modified pitch of the blades.
I Highly recommend this fan. You won't be disappointed.
