Minka-Aire Fans F571-ORB 52" Sundance Traditional WET Outdoor Oil-Rubbed Bronze Ceiling Fan

Fans (3) arrived well packed with no damage. They were easy to assemble if you follow the instructions and proceed step by step. I attached the light kit less bulbs and dome and the fan blades before hanging as I was quite high on a ladder and did not want to try and attach them up in the air. Worked out well. The fan appears to be of high quality. I did not need the balancing kits as all 3 fans were rock solid at the high speed. No wobble what so ever. A sure sign of a quality product. They appear to be well waterproofed.

I took a risk buying a fan online with no reviews. The local stores did not have anything that was as pretty as this fan, it was exactly what I was looking for. It has been over a year since we installed it, and it still looks beautiful. We installed it on our covered porch, outside.

A helpful note: My contractor thought he could install it without reading the directions. There were screws in the fan that needed to be removed before trying to use. This cost him an entire day of work (duh) since he thought something must be wrong with the electic. Bottom line: It is pretty, good quality, and read the dang directions when installing.
