I had this fan in my office, in brushed steel, so when we built our house, we bought six more, in oiled bronze. The bulbs burn out too frequently, due to the kind of bulbs they are. Otherwise, completely silent, completely reliable, beautiful fans.

Beware--the Minka Group's customer support is terrible. When the fan breaks, as ours did, the employees will refuse to help you. The Lifetime Warranty apparently only applies to the dealers.
