Beware--the Minka Group's customer support is terrible. When the fan breaks, as ours did, the employees will refuse to help you. The Lifetime Warranty apparently only applies to the dealers.

Love the look of the retro style. This fan was easy to install, works and looks great. The only downside to this fan is the plastic fan blades. For the price, why did they not go with a real wood blade. We repainted them from the deep red to an espresso brown and they look fine.

I think the fan is gorgeous. We've had ours 9 months it's quiet & does exactly what it's supposed to do.
