not happy,

I just received these fan pulls thinking they were bronze or taupe in color of the crystals. They were pink. I now have to send them back and pay for the shipping. I was told they were pink in the picture on line but looking again they were not pink but taupe.

Very disappointed with this item. Within two months the chains came loose from the bronze pulls. The holes for the chain are too large and cannot be reused with the same chain.
Wish I had read the reviews first.,

So I got the pull chains, and they are pink. Intended on using them in my sons room, but that is obviously not going to fly. I suggest that the word pink be inserted in the description so that the customer knows what they are getting.
