Pretty in Pink Table Lamp

I picked this lamp to compliment my baby nursery. I love it but when I received the lamp, the crystal beads were kind of cheap looking to me and there are dark purplish blue beads that are way too dark for what I wanted. The picture makes the beads look very light and almost all pink. I love the lamp itself so I am going to change out the beads with swarovski ones from my local craft store. Other than that, not bad and happy with my purchase for the price.

This is a well-made, surprisingly heavy table lamp. The bell lampshade is the *perfect* shade of icy pink, especially when coupled with a soft white CFL bulb. Although I agree with the other reviewers that the lamp would have been nicer had the "droplets" been glass rather than plastic, I like that a single bead in the otherwise pink droplet is a medium blue. The hand-rubbed white finish on the lamp itself is carried through to the harp and finial. The finial is crowned with a pretty pink crystal. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and appearance of the lamp. I am equally pleased with the Pretty in Pink Floor lamp that I bought at the same time. Both will make a great addition to my shabby chic bedroom motif!

Cute lamp for my nursery, but I didn't realize from the picture that there is some blue on the crystals in addition to the pink. Thought it was just pink. Materials less than expected for the price. Be sure to read the return policy carefully. You may have to pay expensive shipping to return an item depending on the circumstance.
