This lamp is great - just what we wanted. It is of high quality and was very easy to assemble. You put a 100 watt bulb in it and it will light it at three different intensities. It just takes a very light touch to turn it on to low, another touch to go medium, one more for high, and then off. They are of a height that makes them good for a bedroom night table lamp. Very satisified.

VERY ATTRACTIVE LAMPS........BUT THEY GO ON AND OFF ON THEIR OWN AND HAVE TO BE MANIPULATED TO GO OFF MOST OF THE TIME. IF WE HAVE THUNDER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT MY LIGHTS GO ON AND SCARE YOU TO DEATH

I was looking for a nice, simple brushed silver touch lamp. I'd a had a hard time finding one. This one takes pretty much any wattage you want. I put in a 40 watt one just so it wasn't too bright at night. Works and looks great.
